Three outlets. One duration claim.
The three-week hospital restriction claim is spreading. In the three relay articles checked here, it leads back to one local newsroom: Lyudi Baikala.

Lyudi Baikala’s October 4 report says several hospitals have introduced restrictions lasting three weeks, citing sources. Meduza, Mediazona and The Insider each explicitly attribute that duration to Lyudi Baikala. These are three relay outlets, not three additional confirmations.
A hospital call supports something narrower
Lyudi Baikala lists Hospital No. 10 among the restricted facilities. Separately, Ostorozhno Novosti reports contacting No. 10 directly; the hospital said quarantine was in place but could not give an end date.
That is a second reporting path for restrictions at No. 10. It does not confirm three weeks. Anonymous informants in the first report cannot be independently de-duplicated, and this map is not an exhaustive survey of every report online.
What this changes
The duration is still a reported claim. Restrictions at a named hospital have a separate contact report behind them. Neither establishes a plague diagnosis, onward transmission, or why the response is so extensive. Aggressive precaution around one suspected dangerous infection remains a plausible explanation.
A dated hospital order or a genuinely separate source confirming the end date would strengthen the duration claim. Restrictions relaxing would make the picture less concerning.
